On delivery, your bagels can be stored for

5 days in the refrigerator before being eaten or frozen.  Handling instructions included​ with shipment...

WE SHIP TO ARRIVE TO YOU ON THE FIRST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH (*remote addresses can take an extra day)
